  2. Happy Losar to you, Raven! It is acceptable to offer on my home shrine at Losar the wonderful tsampa cake with red food coloring & dates (and nuts I think) that is served during tsok? If so, do you know where I can find the recipe?

  3. Hello Shirley, yes that would be ok. Making the tsok is more than just adding the ingredients together. It is best to have someone show you. However, you can also put a nice piece of fruit, and a candy, or cookie on a nice plate and offer to the deities. all the best, Raven
