Offering of Beautiful Sound

The white conch, or düng kar, is one of the eight auspicious symbols and represents the far reaching sound of the Buddha’s teachings as well as beautiful and melodious sound in general.  The conch is often used in religious ceremonies and rituals along with other sacred instruments.  This düng kar has been richly ornamented.
